Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and support for infrastructure service management.
Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for critical business systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to infrastructure service management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Participate in incident management and problem management processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication with stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Must To Have Skills:Strong understanding of infrastructure service management.
  • Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with incident management and problem management processes.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in infrastructure service management.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
