About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Academic Counselor to guide students and working professionals in choosing the right learning programs aligned with their career aspirations. This role requires strong communication skills, a student-centric approach, and expertise in handling educational consultations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized academic counseling to students, professionals, and parents.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments to match career goals with suitable learning programs.
  • Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and digital channels to drive enrollments.
  • Clearly explain course structure, curriculum, eligibility, and career outcomes.
  • Stay updated on EdTech products, programs, and industry trends to offer accurate guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with learners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Maintain and update all interactions, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Provide post-enrollment support and assist with resolving student queries.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (Psychology preferred).
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in academic counseling, EdTech sales, or student advisory roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a learner-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual communication tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain organized follow-ups.
