About the Role

We are seeking an Advanced Growth Insights & AI Analyst to join our Data and Analytics team. In this role, you’ll harness data analytics, AI, and machine learning to uncover growth opportunities, optimize business processes, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will be at the intersection of data strategy, AI innovation, and business intelligence — building Gen AI-powered dashboards, predictive models, and executive insights that drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze Growth Opportunities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to address complex growth challenges using data analytics, predictive modeling, and Generative AI tools.
• Generate actionable insights that guide business strategies and enhance customer engagement.

2. Develop AI-Enhanced Dashboards

• Build and maintain dynamic AI-driven dashboards and visualization tools that provide foresight, trend analysis, and prescriptive recommendations.
• Integrate Gen AI components into business intelligence tools for smarter decision support.

3. Support ML Model Deployment

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of ML models for use cases such as sales recommendations, churn prediction, and financial forecasting.
• Collaborate with Data Science teams to ensure models deliver measurable business outcomes.

4. Enable Agentic AI Solutions

• Contribute to the development and testing of Agentic AI workflows that automate growth-related processes across platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Eloqua, and Oracle Cloud.

5. Collaborate on Data Infrastructure

• Partner with Data Engineering teams to ensure pipelines, data warehouses, and architecture support scalable, AI-native analytics solutions.

6. Promote Data Literacy

• Maintain and enrich the enterprise data catalog and promote self-service analytics across departments.
• Drive data culture through training, storytelling, and best-practice sharing.

7. Deliver Executive Insights

• Prepare executive-level reports, visualizations, and data narratives for senior leadership, including the Chief Data & Analytics Officer.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, business-relevant recommendations.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related STEM discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science.
• Strong proficiency in Python or R, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and Machine Learning tools and workflows.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Oracle Cloud).
• Understanding of data governance, MLOps, and cloud data architectures.
• Exposure to predictive analytics, forecasting, or agentic automation workflows.
