About the Role

We are looking for a skilled AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence solutions that drive innovation and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create AI-driven applications and optimize existing models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement AI models, including machine learning, deep learning, and NLP-based solutions.
  • Train, test, and optimize models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and performance.
  • Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and transform data for AI applications.
  • Design and deploy AI solutions using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
  • Collaborate with software developers, data engineers, and domain experts to integrate AI models into applications.
  • Continuously monitor and improve deployed models to ensure real-world effectiveness.
  • Research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.
  • Ensure AI applications comply with ethical AI practices, privacy regulations, and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
  • Knowledge of NLP techniques, neural networks, and deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, Transformers).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for AI model deployment.
  • Experience in working with databases, SQL, and NoSQL solutions.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and model deployment pipelines (MLOps).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile development environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in computer vision, reinforcement learning, or generative AI.
  • Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and fairness in AI.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, web scraping, and automation frameworks.
  • Published research papers, AI projects, or open-source contributions.
