Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead AI/ML initiatives within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, driving key technical decisions and problem-solving.
- Manage and mentor team members to foster knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI applications with a focus on quality, scalability, and performance.
- Implement and evaluate best practices in AI and machine learning to maximize project success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs) – a must-have.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying chatbots and conversational AI agents.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience; 7.5+ years experience in LLMs preferred.
- Full-time education equivalent to 15 years (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
