  • YouTube, being the world s second largest search engine, and one on which people spend a lot of time upskilling themselves, is a natural channel for Simplilearn to expand into
  • Through our YouTube channel, we want to educate millions of interested learners and also drive awareness about our world-class courses
  • To achieve this, we are looking for an Asst
  • Manager who can drive YouTube channel growth and content creation
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging content and promoting the videos across several platforms to reach the relevant audience

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 1-3 content creators
  • Identify the video topics that will bring direct impact on YouTube channel (Views and Subscribers). Look after technical content creation effort on multiple technologies for our learners, from beginner level to advanced level concepts
    • Create content on upcoming technologies like Cloud computing/ Machine Learning/ Cyber Security/ DevOps/ Full Stack Development for our learners, from beginner level to advanced level concepts
  • Measure and analyze the performance metrics and perform root-cause analysis for category performance
  • Be creative and keep innovating to drive a fast-paced growth for the YouTube channel

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor s in engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Overall 2+ years of experience in YouTube Marketing and content development
  • Good storytelling, presentation and design skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, including proofreading, copy editing and maintaining design consistency
  • Good planning, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • A willingness to embrace change and adapt to new strategies on the fly
  • Energetic and able to work in a high-pressure environment
