Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associates to join our US Healthcare Claims Processing team in Mumbai. The role involves handling customer interactions and claim-related processes with accuracy, professionalism, and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and review US healthcare insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a high level of customer service orientation while handling inquiries.
- Ensure timely resolution of claims following standard operating procedures.
- Adhere to quality benchmarks and compliance requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and maintain detailed records of work.
- Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy during all interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: HSC / Graduate in any discipline (B.E. / B.Tech and technical graduates are eligible to apply).
- Experience: Freshers welcome; experience in US Healthcare will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed of 30 WPM / 90% accuracy.
- Ability to work in late evening and night shifts (Work From Office only).
- SVAR test is mandatory.
