About the Role

ProVal Tech is seeking a highly motivated Associate System Engineer with strong technical and analytical skills to join our automation and system operations team in Noida.

This role is ideal for professionals passionate about system administration, scripting, and RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management) tools. You’ll work in a 24×7 global support environment, ensuring operational excellence and system reliability for our clients.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain PowerShell and Batch scripts for automation and system optimization.
  • Configure, manage, and enhance ConnectWise Automate, ConnectWise RMM, Screen Connect, and Ninja RMM tools.
  • Design, implement, and monitor automations, alerts, and workflows to improve service performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve script errors, plugin issues, and monitor breakdowns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and high-quality solutions.
  • Provide after-hours and rotational shift support in a 24x7x365 operational setup.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Any Technical Graduate (B.Tech, B.Sc IT, BCA, MCA, or related field).
  • Experience: 1–2 years in System Administration / RMM Management / NOC Operations.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability: Willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide after-hours support when needed.

Required Skill Set

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with ConnectWise Automate, CW RMM, Screen Connect, and Ninja RMM.
  • Strong command of PowerShell and Batch scripting for automation.
  • In-depth understanding of system monitoring, automation deployment, and alert management.
  • Proficient in analytical troubleshooting and resolving RMM-related issues.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
