Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Avature Test Manager to lead the testing and quality assurance efforts for Avature implementations. The role involves developing and executing test strategies, designing and maintaining test frameworks, and overseeing automated and manual test execution to ensure high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in testing methodologies, test automation, and project management in IT/Software environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies for Avature implementations.
- Design, build, and optimize test frameworks to enable efficient, repeatable, and scalable testing processes.
- Lead and manage test automation initiatives, including scripting, framework enhancements, and execution monitoring.
- Oversee end-to-end test execution for Avature modules, ensuring defects are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Identify process improvements, implement testing tools, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across QA functions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 8–15 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or IT project management, preferably with Avature implementations.
- Strong expertise in test strategy development, test automation frameworks, and test execution management.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and scripting.
- Excellent understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Experience in quality assurance for HR/Recruitment software or SaaS platforms is a plus.
