Role Summary

We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot to build scalable, high-performance applications. The role involves backend development, integrations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain Java/Spring Boot applications.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient backend code.
  • Collaborate with teams on technical implementation and integrations.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues.
  • Follow coding standards and architectural guidelines.
  • Support enhancements and adoption of new technologies.
  • Mentor junior developers when required.

Required Experience

  • 1.5–3 years of experience in Java backend development.
  • Strong understanding of OOP and RESTful services.
  • Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
