Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to work closely with cross-functional teams, gather and analyze business requirements, and support the delivery of effective business and technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to translate business needs into clear documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand business needs.
• Create process flows, BRDs, user stories, wireframes, and use cases.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Assist in planning, testing, validation, and UAT execution.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps in requirements and provide solutions.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for business decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software or product/enterprise environments.
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Figma, Visio, or similar.
• Ability to create process maps, workflows, and wireframes.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with product teams or SaaS platforms.
• Domain knowledge in IT, finance, e-commerce, or enterprise applications.
• Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA, or Scrum Master (added advantage).
