Cognizant Hiring GPP Lead Payments Business Analyst
Experience: 10 to 15 yrs
Location: Bangalore

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Consultant with 8 to 12 years of experience in Payments Product – Functional and GPP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Investment Banking Operations. This hybrid role requires expertise in payment systems and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our financial services. The shift is day and no travel is required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and design of payment product solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of GPP systems within client environments.
  • Provide expert guidance on payment product functionalities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of payment solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of payment systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for payment product processes and procedures.
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for payment product-related issues.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of payment systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all payment product activities.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team knowledge and skills in payment products.
  • Engage with clients to gather feedback and refine payment product offerings.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of payment solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in payment technologies and investment banking operations.

Qualifications

 

  • Possess a deep understanding of Payments Product
  • Functional and GPP systems.
  • Have a strong background in Investment Banking Operations which is a nice to have.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Show proficiency in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
