Project Role

Description: Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary

As a Business Architect, you will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technology solutions. You will work with stakeholders to evaluate current business processes, capture requirements, and define future-state solutions enabled by GuideWire PolicyCenter. Your work will involve facilitating workshops, aligning business objectives with technology, and supporting transformation initiatives through effective business cases and project planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform independently and develop as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in GuideWire PolicyCenter.
  • Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.
  • Provide solutions to work-related problems and optimize processes.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders.
  • Analyze and document business processes, identifying improvement and optimization opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into technology-enabled operating models.
  • Support transformation initiatives by developing business cases and guiding implementation.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have:

  • Proficiency in GuideWire PolicyCenter.
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis.
  • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop business cases and comprehensive project plans.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and practices.

Good to Have:

  • Broader experience in the insurance domain or related business transformation projects.

Additional Information

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in GuideWire PolicyCenter is required.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full-time education is mandatory.
