- Develop market and product line business plans, along with strategic marketing programs, to support sales within designated market segments, identify key customers, and foster strategic partnerships.
- Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities, derive strategic insights, and create impactful market analysis presentations.
- Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and providing essential information and support to the sales team.
- May interface with customers through company-managed marketing programs and channels.
- Pre-sales responsibilities include providing pricing details, communicating schedule changes, and updating distributors, OEMs, and resellers on product enhancements.
- Post-sales duties involve resolving issues related to customer orders, addressing potential product problems, and managing shipping, scheduling, and prioritization concerns.
- May assist with short-term sales forecasting for specific product lines.
- Translate broad concepts and business strategies into structured projects.
- Lead the design and delivery of new programs, processes, and services, serving as the key technical contributor.
- Address complex, high-impact challenges related to program, process, or project design and development.
Qualifications

- BS/MS in Electric and Electronic Engineering, or other engineering field.
- 8 to 10 years working experience in service or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively, building teamwork across different geographic region.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive learner, committed to continuous development and growth.
