Business Development Executive (BDE) – Lead Generation (Urgent Hiring)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executive (Lead Generation) with strong exposure to international IT services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating high-quality leads for web, mobile, and enterprise software services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lead generation process for international markets
  • Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn and other professional platforms
  • Identify potential clients and understand their business and technology needs
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve targets
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Engage prospects through emails, calls, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with sales and technical teams for smooth handover of qualified leads
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and conversions in CRM tools

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in IT services lead generation
  • Strong exposure to international business development
  • Hands-on experience in LinkedIn lead generation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of selling web, mobile, and enterprise software services
  • Strong initiative, planning, and self-management skills
  • Confident, target-driven, and eager to learn continuously
