Project Role

Role: Business Process Architect

Description: Analyze, design, and document new business processes to guide the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases that meet process and functional needs. Conduct user and task analysis to represent business needs effectively.

As a Business Process Architect, you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing business processes to align with organizational objectives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitating workshops, and creating comprehensive documentation to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. This role requires a blend of business acumen, process expertise, and proficiency in GuideWire PolicyCenter to ensure smooth and effective implementation of new processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform independently as an SME in GuideWire PolicyCenter.
  • Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.
  • Provide innovative solutions to business process challenges.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain detailed process documentation to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of new technologies and processes.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have:

  • Proficiency in GuideWire PolicyCenter.
  • Strong analytical and process design skills.
  • Ability to create detailed documentation outlining business requirements and processes.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with React.js.
  • Exposure to technology-driven business transformation projects.

Additional Information

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in GuideWire PolicyCenter.
  • This role is based at our Noida office.
  • A 15 years full-time education is required.
