Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Systems Analyst to join our global Enterprise Applications team. In this role, you will support and enhance enterprise systems by creating efficient, scalable solutions that drive operational improvements. You will partner with internal stakeholders, analyze business needs, manage end-to-end requirements, and collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about business process optimization and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain deep understanding of Sales, Channels, and Partner processes to support enterprise operations effectively.
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business-focused solutions.
- Analyze business challenges and recommend innovative, scalable, and efficient solutions.
- Create clear and accurate functional requirement documents for leadership and technical teams.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and managers to ensure solutions meet business objectives and are delivered on time.
- Adapt quickly in dynamic environments, master new tools, processes, and systems, and drive tasks proactively.
- Support system integrations and enhancements across CRM/ERP platforms.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP or CRM implementations/support.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, business process mapping, and data analysis.
- Experience working in Agile environments and using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Familiarity with key CRM processes:
- Opportunity Management
- Account Management
- Lead Management
- Partner/Channel workflows
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com to support Sales & Channels operations efficiently.
