About the Role:
Comscore is seeking a Client Insights & Analytics Associate to join our Client Insights team. This role offers the opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands across the APAC region, primarily in India, while gaining exposure to cutting-edge data tools and digital analytics in the media and advertising industry. You will play a key role in helping clients understand and leverage Comscore’s syndicated data products, translating insights into actionable strategies, and driving engagement with our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Comscore Product Knowledge
- Develop a strong understanding of Comscore’s syndicated methodology and product suite.
- Clearly communicate product capabilities to clients, ensuring accurate and insightful guidance.
- Work efficiently with internal tools such as Jira and Salesforce.
Data Insights & Analysis
- Pull, analyze, and interpret large datasets to prepare insightful reports and dashboards for clients and internal teams.
- Support product engagement by showcasing the value of Comscore data through data storytelling.
- Utilize analytics and visualization tools like Google Analytics and Power BI to interpret digital performance metrics.
Client Management & Engagement
- Partner with clients to proactively deliver insights and recommendations.
- Manage client interactions, reports, credentials, and subscriptions in CRM platforms.
- Escalate data-related issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with Client Insights, Commercial, and Product teams to relay client feedback and support product enhancements.
- Assist in ensuring alignment with project goals and company-wide standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, or related fields).
- 1–3 years of experience in advertising, marketing, digital analytics, or client success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables, formulas, charts; PowerPoint; Outlook).
- Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Understanding of digital advertising, website tagging (GTM, pixels, UTM parameters), and client engagement metrics.
