Responsibilities:

 

  • Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/Tickets/Mail
  • Problem-solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve Clients issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently
  • Being proactive and showing the utmost respect for the Clients time
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Open to work in 24*7 Shifts, rotational weekly off, working from office environment
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Optional:
• Digital Cinema domain / Direct customer handling experience would be added advantage.
