Job Description

The Cluster Talent Acquisition Manager leads end-to-end recruitment for five hotels in the Bengaluru cluster, ensuring a strong, consistent, and high-quality talent pipeline aligned with Hilton’s business goals and employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all five hotels in the cluster.
  • Partner with the Cluster Director of HR and department heads on workforce planning and hiring strategy.
  • Develop and execute the annual cluster recruitment plan.
  • Source, screen, interview, and coordinate selection for roles below Director level.
  • Manage job postings, recruitment channels, agencies, campus drives, and job fairs.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment systems with accuracy.
  • Ensure timely candidate communication, onboarding, and smooth joining experience.
  • Monitor hiring effectiveness and provide recruitment analytics and reports.
  • Promote Hilton’s employer brand across internal and external platforms.
  • Train hiring managers on interview best practices and recruitment systems.
  • Mentor junior recruitment team members and ensure compliance with processes.
  • Support HR initiatives such as internship programs and engagement activities.

Candidate Profile

  • 8–10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in 5-star hospitality.
  • Proven experience managing multi-property or cluster hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms (Taleo, Darwinbox, etc.).
  • Campus hiring and talent marketing experience.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
  • Passion for people, hospitality, and employer branding.
