Job Summary

Manager (Offshore Commercial Contracting team) – Reviews drafts and negotiates Master Services Agreements Consulting Agreements Non-Disclosure Agreements Subcontracting Agreements Flow Downs responds to or analyzes RFIs RFPs RFQs or customer terms & conditions as needed for clients. Manages contract change control process and related correspondence requiring legal input.

Experience – 6 to 10 years

Reviews drafts and negotiates Master Services Agreements Consulting Agreements Non-Disclosure Agreements Subcontracting Agreements Flow Downs responds to or analyzes RFIs RFPs RFQs or customer terms & conditions as needed for clients. Manages contract change control process and related correspondence requiring legal input. Skills necessary to fulfill the job successfully include: – In depth knowledge of contract law. – Ability to balance legal risks with commercial needs. – Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels of our organization and within our clients both orally and in drafting. – Able to multitask with rapidly changing priorities and to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. – Self-starter and able to work independently. – Experience to operate within an international environment with a diversity of cultures. – Possess analytical problem solving and project management skills – Managerial skills.
