Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Company Secretary to manage end-to-end corporate secretarial activities for a diverse portfolio of clients, including listed companies, unlisted companies, institutionally funded firms, foreign subsidiaries, family-owned businesses, and NBFCs. The role demands strong technical expertise in corporate laws, excellent compliance management, and the ability to independently manage clients and regulatory interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete corporate secretarial activities for a portfolio of clients.
  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, FEMA, NBFC Regulations, and SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
  • Develop and maintain systems for timely compliance management and continuous improvement in execution and delivery.
  • Independently handle clients and coordinate with regulators/external agencies.
  • Prepare and review board resolutions, minutes, filings, and statutory documents.
  • Ensure accurate drafting and vetting of legal notices and compliance-related documentation.
  • Utilize MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint effectively for reporting and documentation.
