Consultant – Oracle SaaS OTM/GTM

Client: LTI Mindtree

Role Purpose

The Consultant will be responsible for delivering end-to-end Transportation Management (OTM) solutions covering Order Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Supply Chain/Event Visibility, Inventory Visibility, Freight Audit, and Payments. The role involves requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, and support across multiple transport projects following Agile and DevOps frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements and perform GAP analysis for OTM-based implementations.
  • Design transport solutions using standard templates, frameworks, and OTM product capabilities.
  • Prepare and present CRP demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and customer-facing documentation.
  • Manage project work packages, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
  • Work closely with DevOps teams (internal/external) for change requests and enhancements.
  • Manage/perform IT testing and support UAT.
  • Provide post-implementation, hypercare, CR, and ongoing production support.
  • Coordinate and oversee work packages delivered by specialists or vendors.
  • Participate in workshops, presentations, and solution review meetings.

Functional Expertise

  • Strong understanding of OTM transportation functionality:

    Order Mgmt, Planning, Execution, SCV/Event Mgmt, Freight Audit & Payment.
  • Knowledge of transport ancillary and B2B integrated systems: HERE, Transporeon, Centiro, etc.
  • Experience preparing solution proposals—both technical and commercial.
  • Ability to advise, consult, and guide customers on transportation best practices.
  • Comfortable handling Oracle Cloud implementations using Agile/DevOps methodologies.

Experience Requirements

  • 7–11 years total experience.
  • 5–8 years in OTM/GTM and transportation solution consulting.
  • 3–4 full lifecycle OTM implementations, including:
  • At least one implementation on Oracle Cloud in Agile/DevOps.
  • Experience working across multiple geographic regions using Oracle Cloud transport solutions.
