Position Overview
Wipro HR Services India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Customer Service Representative (L1) for its Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) business in a B2B campaign. This role involves providing customer support via calls, chats, and emails, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls, chat, and email with professionalism.
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per defined SLAs (Customer Satisfaction, Handle Time, Service Level, etc.).
- Build domain knowledge to deliver first-contact resolutions.
- Maintain client service quality and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive, performance-driven environment.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Adhere to attendance, accountability, and service quality policies.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer usage.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving and rapport-building skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts in a 24×5 environment.
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative approach.
- Capability to escalate and resolve issues effectively for win-win outcomes.
Education & Eligibility
- Graduates from B.Com, BBA, BA, BCA, BHM, B.Sc (except Stats, Maths, and Economics Hons).
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2.5 years of BPO experience are eligible.
- MBA, BE, B.Tech graduates must have a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
Work Details
Location: Gurugram
Shifts: US Shifts (Evening/Night) | 5 days/week | 2 fixed offs
