Role Overview

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring long-term client satisfaction, driving account growth, and enabling successful adoption of company products and services. This role requires strong relationship management, problem-solving, and revenue-focused account handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture trusted client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Account Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, contributing to revenue targets and business expansion.
  • Onboarding & Support: Guide new clients through onboarding, deliver product training, and ensure seamless adoption.
  • Payment Follow-Up: Coordinate with clients on pending payments to ensure timely collections and resolve payment-related queries.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor client account performance, share insights, and recommend strategies for optimization and success.

Experience & Skills Required

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Servicing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted client partnerships.
  • Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and achieve revenue goals.
  • Hands-on experience in payment follow-ups and account reconciliation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Proactive, problem-solving approach with customer-centricity at the core.
