You will leverage large-scale data, machine learning, and statistical methods to influence decision-making, develop predictive models, and optimize business outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and data needs.
- Develop and apply statistical, machine learning, and business intelligence techniques to extract actionable insights.
- Design processes to consolidate and analyze unstructured data.
- Build, validate, and deploy predictive models, algorithms, and probability engines.
- Translate analytical findings into compelling business recommendations and actionable insights.
- Partner with academic and research communities to develop new methodologies for large-scale data analysis.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, coaching team members on advanced data science techniques and best practices.
Essential Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in machine learning, statistics, and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in Python or another programming language for data analysis.
- Solid understanding of business environment and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-focused skills.
Desirable Requirements
- Domain knowledge of the Pricing industry.
- Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models) and Agentic AI.
- Skilled at data storytelling—presenting analytical insights effectively to business audiences.
- Experience mentoring or coaching teams in data science techniques.
