Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Dealer Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the customer journey from lead generation to retail, and promoting value-added services. Key Responsibilities / Result Areas
- Achieve vehicle sales targets consistently.
- Ensure C0 generation against assigned targets.
- Track and improve conversion ratio and conversion time at all sales stages (C0 to retail).
- Drive Value Added Services (VAS) sales such as Accessories, AMC, TMI, etc.
- Execute and adhere to the market activity plan effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to generate leads and enhance sales.
- Maintain accurate and timely sales records and reports.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Good understanding of the automobile industry and dealership operations (preferred).
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven.
