About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to spearhead the delivery of large, complex projects in Bengaluru. In this strategic leadership role, you will leverage your expertise in Murex Connectivity 2.0 to manage project scope, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards. You will work closely with sponsors and cross-functional teams, driving profitability and service excellence while supporting sales through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert and lead delivery efforts across multiple teams.
- Manage project scope, risks, costs, and service quality to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to align on goals and expectations.
- Facilitate workflow configuration, MXML development, and key technical decisions.
- Mentor and guide junior professionals to build a high-performing team.
- Engage with users during Design and UAT phases for validation and sign-off.
- Drive cross-team collaboration and deliver consistent, high-impact solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in Murex Connectivity 2.0 (must-have).
- Strong programming skills in XML, XSLT, Java, XML parsing.
- Experience with MXML Data Model, operations workflows, and pre/post-trade workflows.
- Familiarity with API development, messaging queues (MQ, TIBCO), Unix scripting (Shell, Perl), and SQL (TSQL/PL SQL).
- Solid understanding of financial products and integration projects.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and advisory skills.
- Minimum 18 years of relevant experience.
- Full-time education equivalent to 15 years (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
