Deputy General Manager – Investor Relations

Experience: 6–8 Years

Location: IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru

Salary:  12-15 LPA

Department: Corporate Finance & Accounts

Position Overview

The Deputy General Manager – Investor Relations will be responsible for driving Ather’s investor relations strategy, managing communication with investors and analysts, and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant disclosures. The role requires strong financial modeling skills, capital markets understanding, and the ability to represent the company’s long-term strategy to external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute investor relations strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Act as primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and stakeholders
  • Communicate long-term strategy and operational performance to investors
  • Build and maintain financial models and investor dashboards
  • Prepare investor presentations, earnings decks, press releases, and board materials
  • Build and manage relationships with sell-side analysts and initiate coverage
  • Track analyst forecasts pre and post earnings on a quarterly basis
  • Maintain Investor Relations section of company website
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations and disclosure requirements

Qualifications

  • PGDBM / MBA / CA (Finance specialization preferred)
  • 6–8 years of relevant post-qualification experience
  • Minimum 3–4 years of dedicated Investor Relations experience
  • Experience in equity raise (private or listed company)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships
  • Proficiency in MS Office and GSuite
  • Understanding of listed company regulatory frameworks in India
