About the Role:
Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced AEM Developer to support and enhance enterprise-level web applications built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of AEM architecture, workflows, and integration with content and search systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows.
- Manage taxonomy, metadata, replication (forward/reverse), content publishing/unpublishing, and tagging.
- Handle content migration planning and execution across environments.
- Integrate search engines like Coveo, Solr, ElasticSearch, or Lucene with AEM.
- Implement and monitor quality processes such as CI/CD (Bamboo, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Cloud Manager), SonarQube analysis, and automated code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment using Maven and automation tools.
- Utilize AEM Multi-Site Manager (MSM), Blueprinting, and Mobile Native App integration.
- Leverage AEM’s online marketing features including personalization, targeting, and multi-variate testing.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, content lifecycle, and workflows.
- Experience with content publishing, delivery processes, and web content management systems.
- Proficient in Java, JCR, OSGi, and AEM deployment via Maven.
- Familiarity with automation testing, code quality tools, and version control (Git/Bitbucket).
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
