About the Role:

Our client is seeking a dynamic IFS10 SCM (Procurement, Inventory & Sales Order) Functional Expert to join their engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IFS Applications, configuration, customization, and integration, with a focus on optimizing SCM business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support IFS10 implementation for Supply Chain Management (Procurement, Inventory, and Sales Order).
  • Prepare Functional Specifications for customizations, reports, and integrations based on business requirements.
  • Provide Functional Effort Estimation for SCM customizations and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for development, integration, and unit testing.
  • Conduct System Integration Testing and support clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Manage incident resolution and service requests within SLA timelines using SNOW and Jira.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
  • Conduct RTP Discovery and Gap Analysis workshops with business stakeholders.
  • Deliver end-user and key-user training for IFS10 SCM modules.
  • Support regression testing, upgrades, and system patching.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, configuration guides, and issue logs.

Essential Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in IFS ERP Implementation and Support for SCM processes.
  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience with multiple IFS ERP versions and system integrations.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end implementation, functional estimation, and UAT support.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Desirable Skills:

  • Working knowledge of IFS Quick Reports and Business Reporter.
  • Exposure to Procurement, Inventory, and Sales Order domain best practices.
