Job Summary
We are looking for a DAM Engineer responsible for developing, supporting, and optimizing Digital Asset Management workflows and integrations. The role involves backend development, automation, and cloud-based operations to ensure efficient asset ingestion, transformation, distribution, and governance across enterprise marketing ecosystems.
Primary Skills

Hands-on experience with Digital Asset Management systems (e.g., AEM Assets or equivalent)

Strong understanding of:

Asset ingestion, metadata modeling & versioning

Asset workflows, transformation & delivery pipelines

Backend development using Python, C#, .NET, PHP (Laravel), Node.js, or R

Experience with REST API development and integrations

Cloud experience, preferably AWS S3 for asset storage and automation

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery

Proficiency with Git / Bitbucket for version control and deployments

Shell scripting and automation in Linux/Unix or macOS

Agile/Scrum delivery experience

Basic database query skills

Experience in creative marketing DevOps or digital content production environments

Familiarity with metadata governance, tagging automation, and asset rights management

Frontend development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, AngularJS 1.x)

Ability to propose technology improvements aligned with business goals
