As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to drive our performance marketing and online growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns – structuring, optimization, and reporting.
- Design and implement sales strategies to support monthly campaigns.
- Track market trends and conduct competitor analysis.
- Identify and source UGC creators for ad creatives (videos and visuals).
- Drive customer acquisition and optimize ROAS.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of performance marketing experience, preferably in fashion/e-commerce (D2C).
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Knowledge of digital trends, CRO, and e-commerce growth strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to scale campaigns.
