Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team, responsible for providing technical guidance, support, and leadership in electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in project performance measurement, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing exceptional supervision. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical systems, design specifications, technical drawings, and hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing project documentation. Familiarity with ARAMCO codes, standards, and local regulations is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, especially in the electrical aspects of projects.
- Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local Saudi laws relevant to electrical systems and installations.
- Evaluate performance and provide exceptional supervision to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
- Respond to requests for electrical engineering support, addressing problems and providing solutions.
- Review and interpret design specifications and technical drawings to ensure project accuracy and feasibility.
- Verify electrical designs, equipment, and calculations for projects to meet the highest standards.
- Prepare and review comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure adherence to ARAMCO codes, standards, and regulations for all electrical engineering activities.
Key Skills & Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of High Tension (HT) and Low Tension (LT) electrical systems and installations.
- Strong technical expertise in electrical engineering principles and applications.
- Proven ability to measure and improve project performance effectively.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, local Saudi laws, and electrical compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with design verification, calculations, and equipment specifications.
- Knowledge of ARAMCO codes, standards, and regulations relevant to electrical engineering.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing project documentation, including reports and technical specifications.
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination with other team members and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualification:

Graduate Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Required Experience:

7 to 12 years of experience in electrical engineering, with hands-on experience in project execution, installation, and supervision.
