Job Description

Solution Architect

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

Experience Required: 8–12 Years 

Salary Range: 10 -16 LPA

Job Type: Permanent / Full-time

About the Job 

The Solution Architect will design, define, and implement end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business needs and enterprise architecture. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient system architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define architecture, technical design, and infrastructure direction aligned with Enterprise Architecture guidelines.
  • Propose AI-driven solutions and participate in high-level planning and solution design.
  • Build and evaluate technological hypotheses and solution alternatives.
  • Own and manage Technical Enabler & Technical Debt roadmap to ensure solution scalability and performance.
  • Define acceptance criteria for technical requirements and guide teams on implementation standards.
  • Ensure code security, quality, and adherence to design principles and patterns.
  • Support developers during refinement of user stories and provide technical guidance.
  • Promote code reuse, architectural best practices, and continuous improvement of the architectural runway.

Mandatory Skills 

  • Frontend: Angular, React
  • Backend / API: .NET Core, Python, Node.js
  • Database: SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, NoSQL
  • Middleware: RabbitMQ
  • Architecture: Microservices design & implementation

  • Cloud: Microsoft Azure

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Strong understanding of design patterns, clean architecture, and design principles.
  • Experience working with enterprise-scale applications.
  • Ability to collaborate with enterprise architects and leadership teams.
  • Experience in performance optimization and scalable system design.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills 

  • AI/ML solution exposure
  • API security & authentication (OAuth, JWT)
  • Event-driven architecture
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
  • Experience in solution evaluation, POCs, and technology assessments
