Position Overview
We are looking for an End User Computing (EUC) L2 Engineer with strong experience in desktop support and Audio-Visual (AV) technologies. The role focuses on supporting enterprise end-user infrastructure, AV systems, and collaboration tools, ensuring seamless operations for high-profile meetings, events, and daily IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for End User Computing services and AV infrastructure
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, handheld devices, and peripherals
- Support Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems
- Manage and troubleshoot Audio/Video devices, Cisco IP Phones, and collaboration tools
- Provide AV support for meetings, town halls, virtual events, and auditorium sessions
- Perform pre-testing of CR/BR for high-profile meetings and events
- Handle installations and re-installations of display panels, AV devices, and IP phones
- Manage incident tickets, service requests, and follow-ups with stakeholders
- Support Webex profile creation and deletion
- Provide support during planned activities, including weekends and after-hours
- Ensure 24x7x365 availability as per business requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience / relevant IT certifications
- 2–4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or End User Computing Services
- Strong understanding of PC hardware, operating systems, applications, and peripherals
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills
Preferred Certifications
- MCSE certification
- ITIL or formal Service Management training
