As part of the Global Client Support team, you’ll gain exposure to modern cloud platforms and continuously develop new technical skills while supporting enterprise-scale environments.

What You’ll Do at Pega

  • Manage and monitor customer production and non-production environments
  • Handle alerts, incidents, service requests, and change requests within defined SLAs
  • Assess, analyze, and prioritize tickets while following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Escalate issues appropriately when required
  • Perform operational tasks, including: Monitoring service health, Restarting client environments, Log analysis and troubleshooting,Increasing storage capacity
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational tasks and reduce toil
  • Adapt quickly to changing business priorities
  • Participate in after-hours on-call rotations, including weekend shifts

Who You Are

  • 3–4 years of experience in a technical support or operations role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience supporting geographically distributed systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience providing direct client support via phone, email, and electronic channels
  • Prompt and effective in responding to client and engineering inquiries
  • Customer-focused with proven empathy and ownership mindset
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, inquisitive, and driven by continuous improvement
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional global teams
  • Quick learner of new technologies, tools, and techniques
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, enterprise environment

What You’ve Accomplished

  • You bring strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Linux, and monitoring, including:
  • Understanding of cloud-based infrastructure, platform, and application services
  • Experience with enterprise-scale Linux administration
  • Operational knowledge of application and database monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Java applications, Tomcat, RDS PostgreSQL
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Understanding of microservices architectures using Kubernetes and Docker
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as New Relic or Datadog
  • Basic administration knowledge of: Web servers (e.g., Tomcat Networking concepts (DNS, VPN)
  • Ability to partner with internal teams such as Security, Provisioning, and Product Support to align business goals
  • CKA / Kubernetes certification – Mandatory
