Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM)
- Expertise in designing, configuring, implementing & managing EPM solutions
- Good understanding of least privilege enforcement, endpoint hardening, and secure access
- Experience in policy design, workflow creation, and EPM customizations
- Knowledge of SIEM integration, SCCM, ITSM workflows, approvals & reporting
- Ability to manage endpoint devices, applications, servers onboarding
Key Responsibilities (5 Crisp Points)
- Design, implement, and administer BeyondTrust EPM solutions for enterprise environments, ensuring least privilege and endpoint protection.
- Create and manage EPM policies, workflows, and custom rules based on customer use cases and security requirements.
- Integrate EPM with SIEM, SCCM, ITSM tools, including automated approval workflows and audit trail generation.
- Monitor, maintain, and support BAU operations including onboarding of endpoints, privilege elevation, and credential rotation.
- Provide L3 support, troubleshoot EPM issues, ensure compliance with security standards, and prepare customized reports.
Additional Responsibilities
- Develop and update EPM procedures, standards, and documentation
- Coordinate with IT security teams on endpoint strategy and governance
- Manage 3rd-party access with time/location-based controls
- Ensure forensic-level logging and reporting for audits
