You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting HR and business data to support strategic decision-making. You will also drive employee engagement through regular connects, while supporting project documentation, process improvements, and workflow optimization.

Experience You Should Bring

  • PGDM/MBA in HRM.
  • 1 to 3 years of prior work experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and take on new tasks as needed.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Assist in collecting, collating, and analysing HR/ business data.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making.
  • Support project documentation, process standardization, and workflow optimization.
  • Drive regular people connects to enable ground sensing, capture team sentiments, and drive relevant interventions accordingly.
