Job Description
You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting HR and business data to support strategic decision-making. You will also drive employee engagement through regular connects, while supporting project documentation, process improvements, and workflow optimization.
Experience You Should Bring
- PGDM/MBA in HRM.
- 1 to 3 years of prior work experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and take on new tasks as needed.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assist in collecting, collating, and analysing HR/ business data.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making.
- Support project documentation, process standardization, and workflow optimization.
- Drive regular people connects to enable ground sensing, capture team sentiments, and drive relevant interventions accordingly.
