Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Field Intern to support strategic initiatives in the powder coatings segment. This role offers exposure to market research, field activities, and data-driven analysis while working closely with cross-functional teams. The intern will assist in planning, budgeting, and tracking performance for projects impacting multiple business units.
Projects You Will Work On
- Market Mapping: Assess the current and potential market for powder coatings.
- Internal Consumption Analysis: Evaluate internal consumption potential for powder coatings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the industrial paints sector.
- Perform field activities, including site visits, vendor meetings, and on-ground data collection.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
- Analyze findings and prepare presentations/reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree and MBA/Equivalent (specialization in Marketing, Strategy, or related fields preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP (FI/CO/MM modules).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
