Position Summary:

We are seeking a Finished Goods (FG) Planner who will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between our 3PL warehouse operations, customer order fulfillment, and internal logistics teams. This role plays a key part in executing timely deliveries and managing end-to-end order planning activities in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate customer orders in collaboration with a 3PL warehouse, ensuring timely processing and delivery in line with supply plans.
  • Monitor daily order fulfillment, troubleshoot delays, and adjust delivery schedules to meet demand.
  • Track and manage order backlog, analyze potential shortages, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain transparent communication with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners.
  • Troubleshoot system or interface errors in the order management process and drive process improvements.
  • Analyze inventory reports, identify supply/demand trends, and recommend actions for stock optimization.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning, logistics, and warehouse operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field – Mandatory
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales operations, planning, logistics, or supply chain – preferably in high-tech or manufacturing sectors
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel – Mandatory
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Team player, dependable, and detail-oriented
