Position Summary:
We are seeking a Finished Goods (FG) Planner who will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between our 3PL warehouse operations, customer order fulfillment, and internal logistics teams. This role plays a key part in executing timely deliveries and managing end-to-end order planning activities in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate customer orders in collaboration with a 3PL warehouse, ensuring timely processing and delivery in line with supply plans.
- Monitor daily order fulfillment, troubleshoot delays, and adjust delivery schedules to meet demand.
- Track and manage order backlog, analyze potential shortages, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain transparent communication with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners.
- Troubleshoot system or interface errors in the order management process and drive process improvements.
- Analyze inventory reports, identify supply/demand trends, and recommend actions for stock optimization.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning, logistics, and warehouse operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field – Mandatory
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales operations, planning, logistics, or supply chain – preferably in high-tech or manufacturing sectors
- Strong hands-on knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel – Mandatory
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Team player, dependable, and detail-oriented
