Job Summary

Seeking a talented Gen AI Developer to build, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI solutions. The role involves working with LLMs, building AI pipelines, integrating models into applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and fine-tune LLMs and generative AI models for various business use cases.
• Build and optimize AI pipelines, model workflows, and inference systems.
• Integrate AI capabilities into applications using APIs and modern frameworks.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Evaluate model performance and implement improvements for accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, Azure OpenAI, etc.).
• Strong Python skills and experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker).
• Knowledge of MLOps tools, model deployment, and API integration.
