About the Role

Join Volvo Group as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee in the Finance department and gain hands-on experience across core financial operations, accounting, compliance, and reporting. This role offers exposure to ERP systems, statutory compliance, and financial analysis — a perfect launchpad for your finance career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and posting journal entries in the general ledger.
  • Support GST, TDS, and Fixed Asset Accounting activities.
  • Prepare workings for TDS & GST remittance and support periodic return filings.
  • Handle employee claims and settlements efficiently.
  • Perform account reconciliations, including balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional finance teams (P2P, O2C) for data accuracy.
  • Learn and utilize ERP systems (SAP) for financial transactions.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
