Service Line

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teams and clients to strategize on a wide variety of marketing materials.
Design a range of marketing assets including logos, brochures, infographics, social media graphics, email campaigns, presentations, internal communications, newsletters, etc.
Translate strategic direction into high-quality, brand-compliant designs.
Develop creative concepts through hand sketches or design software.
Execute original content with a focus on color palettes, typography, imagery, and layout.
Manage the design and upload process for all project materials, ensuring adherence to content management best practices.
Stay updated on market trends and use this knowledge to inform design decisions.
Effectively classify and execute designs based on historical and current market intelligence.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (CC), including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
Exposure to corporate communications (preferred).
Experience in motion graphics (a plus).
Deep knowledge of current design trends and the ability to incorporate them into designs.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or a related field.
4+ years of experience, ideally in a creative or marketing agency setting.
Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
