Job Description

Head of Sales – Cloudmon (by Veryx)

Experience: 15–20 Years

Location: India – Mumbai / Bangalore / Chennai (Remote flexibility)

Reporting To: CEO – Cloudmon

Salary : 10-15 LPA

Role Overview

Cloudmon is seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Sales to lead and scale its sales operations across India. This leadership role is responsible for defining sales strategy, driving revenue growth, expanding enterprise presence, building strong channel ecosystems, and managing a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise infrastructure products, IT monitoring, and observability solutions, along with a proven track record of building and leading senior sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a comprehensive India sales strategy aligned with Cloudmon’s growth objectives
  • Drive achievement and over-achievement of revenue and market penetration targets
  • Identify high-growth market segments and strategic enterprise opportunities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Senior Business Development Managers across multiple locations
  • Develop leadership capabilities and succession planning within the sales team
  • Build and expand strategic channel partnerships and system integrator alliances
  • Drive indirect sales growth through partner enablement and joint GTM initiatives
  • Align customer feedback and market insights into product roadmap and messaging
  • Ensure seamless customer onboarding and post-sales satisfaction
  • Own sales pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting
  • Ensure CRM hygiene and data-driven decision-making

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

  • 15–20 years of enterprise sales experience in: IT Infrastructure Products, Network Monitoring / Observability / APM / DEM solutions
  • Proven success in scaling and leading senior sales teams
  • Strong exposure to large enterprise customers and complex sales cycles
  • Deep understanding of IT monitoring and observability ecosystem
  • Experience selling to large enterprises or competing against organizations such as: HP, IBM, Dell, ManageEngine, or similar enterprise software vendors
  • Strong technical acumen to articulate solutions to both technical and business stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution mindset
  • Self-driven and target-obsessed with uncompromising delivery standards
  • Ability to foster collaboration, trust, and togetherness within teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (mandatory)
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
