About the Role
We are hiring a Strategic HR Business Leader to head the HR function for one of our prestigious clients. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR leader with a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition, HR Strategy, and People Management, while also overseeing all facets of HR operations, performance, and organizational development.
This is a strategic leadership position — you’ll drive business growth by leading HR transformation, building high-performing recruitment teams, and aligning people strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Talent Acquisition Leadership
- Lead and scale talent acquisition across India for engineering, digital, automotive, EV, and aerospace verticals.
- Plan and execute high-volume recruitment drives for both white-collar and blue-collar roles.
- Build and stabilize recruitment processes, policies, and referral programs for rapid ramp-ups.
- Maintain strong Offer-to-Join ratios through effective post-offer engagement and onboarding practices.
- Partner with business heads to forecast hiring needs, headcount planning, and competency mapping.
🔹 Strategic HR & Business Partnering
- Work closely with leadership to design and implement HR strategy, performance culture, and change management initiatives.
- Drive HR transformation projects across digital, manufacturing, and R&D setups.
- Provide strategic inputs on organization structure, manpower planning, and succession planning.
🔹 HR Operations & Generalist Management
- Oversee HR operations, compliance, payroll, and statutory activities across locations.
- Implement HR automation tools for efficiency and data-driven decisions.
- Manage Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management Systems, and Employee Relations.
- Conceptualize and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
🔹 Learning, Development & Culture Building
- Design and deploy Learning & Development (L&D) programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Foster a high-performance and innovation-driven culture through continuous capability building.
- Conduct competency mapping and leadership development interventions.
