We are seeking an enthusiastic Staffing Specialist Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver top talent in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment (IT or Non-IT).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines.
