About the Role
Sourcedesk Global is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern (or final-year student) eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations. This internship is a great opportunity to learn the inner workings of a fast-growing IT organization and contribute directly to the success of our Human Resources function. Key Responsibilities
- Manage 1–2 hiring requirements per day, from sourcing to interview coordination.
- Source and screen potential candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Shortlist resumes based on skills, experience, and job relevance.
- Conduct initial candidate interactions to assess fit and interest levels.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Post job openings across platforms and maintain job listings.
- Follow up with candidates for pre-offer documentation and updates.
- Assist the HR Head with daily administrative and operational activities.
- Maintain HR dashboards, reports, and MIS related to recruitment and onboarding.
Requirements & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment and HR processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask.
- Available for full-time, in-office internship.

Any Graduate or MBA (HR) student/fresher can apply.
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers are welcome!)
