IBM Maximo Technical Consultant / Lead
Salary: ₹18 – ₹21 LPA
Experience: 5–12 Years (10+ Years Preferred)
Work Mode: Hybrid

Preferred Locations: Bangalore / Mumbai / Kolkata / Hyderabad
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Maximo upgrades and technical customization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in upgrade initiatives, system configuration, integrations, and end-to-end Maximo technical delivery across enterprise environments.

- Maximo Configuration & Customization
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on Maximo configuration including: Domains & Lookups, Database Configuration ,Application Designer, Cron Tasks & Escalations
- Develop and maintain Automation Scripts
- Configure and manage Workflows
- Design and support Maximo integrations (RESTful Web Services)
- Develop and support BIRT Reports
- Perform Application Development and customization
- Implement basic Java customizations
- Work on Maximo Scheduler and Maximo Anywhere
- Deliver end-to-end solutions including: Requirement analysis, Design & development, Testing & QA, Deployment & support
- Work in onsite–offshore delivery models
- Collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant Maximo technical experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience working on large-scale enterprise Maximo projects
